Sauvignon


  • Among the French vines planted in Friuli, Sauvignon belongs to the ones that found a perfect place to give its best, first of all among the wine producers, then, from the 90's, also among the consumers. 

  • Its success is due to its fragrance of yellow pepper and exotic fruit. It is immediately recognizable thanks to its particular refreshing taste. Sauvignon Valchiarò grows in an area with a great temperature range between day and night. This underlines its typical fragrances even more.

    Perfect as aperitif, with appetizers, crustaceans, vegetables (especially asparagus) and also fish courses.
