  • This wine is the result of a long and accurate oenologistic work to obtain the best from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. 
    Cuvèe with ruby red colour with garnet glares, wild berry flavour, slightly tannic.
    Have it with red meat and seasoned cheeses. 
    Serve at 18-19°C (64-66°F).

  • Cure nella preparazione

    Vendemmia con selezione delle uve. Appassitura di una parte, diraspatura soffice e successiva fermentazione a temperatura controllata di 25° per 20 giorni. Seguono quattordici mesi di maturazione in barrique e tonneaux. Terminato tale periodo si effettua l’imbottigliamento a cui fa seguito un ulteriore periodo di affinamento in bottiglia.
  • Vinification techniques

    Grapes softly destemmed and crushed.
    Fermentation achieved by adding selected yeasts.
    Middle-term maceration (15 days).
    Fermentation temperature 25-26°C (77-79°F).
    Maturation in barriques, stainless steel and glass.
