  • A blend of Pinot Bianco and Tocai made spumante by Charmat method. The harvest of Pinot is done earlier than of Tocai. Straw-coloured with notes of apple, bread crust and acacia flowers. Drink it before and during your meals. 
    Serve at 8-10°C (46-50°F).

  • Cure nella preparazione

    Le uve selezionate in vendemmia vengono diraspate e poi pressate. Segue una fermentazione in acciaio a 18° e una rifermentazione in autoclave a 12° per 100 giorni. Segue l’imbottigliamento con un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia per trenta giorni.
  • Vinification techniques

    Grapes softly destemmed and crushed.
    Must filtration via decantation.
    Fermentation achieved by adding selected yeasts.
    Fermentation temperature 17-18°C (62-64°F).
    Maturation in stainless steel and glass.
